第三，众所周知，烟中含有尼古丁，其对人体的损害是多方面的。如果长期吸烟造成尼古丁中毒，会刺激大脑，造成大脑神经异常兴奋，从而导致癫痫发作。

第四，癫痫患者，首先不能喝酒，不能熬夜，不要吃易上火的东西，要保持良好的心境，不生气，多做适宜的体育运动，加强体质，减少感冒的发生;也不能过于劳累;癫痫病人要饮食清淡，不要饥饿也不能吃的太饱。总之，生活中的良好习惯，对控制癫痫病发作是很有帮助的。
