成人癫痫有哪些病因

1、急性间歇性血卟啉症：有腹痛、呕吐、腹泻和周围神经病变伴发癫痫者，宜做尿液或血液检查。

2、低血钙症：对于有手足抽搐、脂肪痢或甲状腺手术史，或在体检中发现佝偻病畸形的患者，需做血钙、磷测定。

3、低血糖症：发作时间多在空腹或强烈运动后，一般先有头昏、心悸、恶心、出汗、烦躁等症状，甚至行为失常，有此疾病史者要做空腹血糖测定。

4、低血钾症：四肢软瘫，近端肌力差于远端肌力，心率增快或心律失常，血生化检查血钾低，补钾后恢复正常，可反复发作。

5、氨基酸尿症：也是成人癫痫发作的病因之一，对于智力发育不良，肤色偏淡、发黄，肌张力增高，或伴有震颤和手足活动的病儿，要怀疑苯丙酮尿症，可做尿液测验，其他少见的类型多有尿的异色、臭味，有条件时应做相应的生化检查。
