有危险性运动，如跳水、游泳等项目，也应尽量避免如游泳或跳水时若癫痫发作而沉下去，难辨是潜水还是在水下发作，易造成意外。因此，对癫痫病儿应避免参加剧烈或危险运动，而参加一般性体育活动，但要注意休息，要劳逸结合。学习也不宜紧张，作息要规律。
