儿童癫痫病的症状

儿童癫痫病的症状有以下几种：

1、小发作：发作时仅有短暂的的意识丧失，没有抽搐动作。停止正在进行的动作，手中持物掉落，只能听见不能回答，持续时间约为5-30分钟，对发作过程没有记忆，有些患者一天会发作多次或是上百次。

2、局限性发作：表现为手指、足趾或是一侧口角或者眼部，持续数秒至十秒后自然终止，发作可以从某一局部扩及整个一侧头面及肢体。

3、大发作：儿童癫痫病的症状表现为小儿全身肌肉抽动、眼球固定、双眼上翻、咀嚼肌紧张、口半张、易咬伤舌头、喉部肌肉痉挛可致呼吸暂停、面部发青、小便失控等。发作持续时间约5分钟左右，发作后感到疲乏、头痛，有时呕吐和全身肌肉酸痛等。每日发作数次或者数年发作一次不等。癫痫大发作有的在清醒时，有的在睡眠时，有的无规律。

4、复杂部分性发作：可分为特殊感染性发作：表现为视觉、嗅觉、听觉等出现幻觉;记忆障碍发作：表现为对陌生人、情景有熟悉感;情感障碍发作：表现为恐惧、不安、焦虑、愤怒、忧郁等;思维障碍发作：表现为强迫思维、妄想等。
