针刺疗法治羊痫风：羊角风又称羊角风，羊角风是一种慢性脑部疾患。在治疗羊角风病症上专家又给出何种解释呢?

中医治疗

(1)针灸

①体针

取穴：主穴：背三针、鸠尾、筋缩、腰奇、间使、额三针、丰隆。配穴：中脉、照海、神门、关元、三阴交、足三里、太渊、三冲、膻中、血海。

治法：以主穴为主，每次酌情选用4～6穴。背上针取0.6～1.5寸芒针循督脉透刺，如神道透阳关，神道透大椎，腰奇透阴关。进针后中等频率(120次/分)捻转1分钟。额三针为双侧眉冲穴沿膀胱经透刺二针，取此连线为底边的等腰三角形，另一顶点沿督脉透针。余穴邪实用泻法，体虚用补法，留针15分钟，每日1次或隔日1次。

疗效：经上方治疗124例，配合三元辨证疗法，显效85例，有效28例，无效11例，总有效率为91.06%。

②头针

取穴：癫痫穴，顶中线，额中线，顶旁线，枕上正中线，颞后斜线。

癫痫穴位置：风池内1寸上1寸，斜方肌尽头处。

治法：进针后用G-6805治疗仪通低频脉冲电30分钟，发作严重者可适当延长通电时间。通电以麻感达到前额为好，亦可在脑电图病灶部位进行针刺通电。隔日1次。

③穴住埋线

取穴：主穴：脊中、筋缩。配穴：大椎、长强、膻中、中脘、气海、内关。

治法：每次选1个主穴，辨证选用1～2个配穴。主穴常规消毒后，切开皮肤，用3号羊肠线3厘米埋人，不缝合。配穴用18号穿刺针埋线。每次埋线为一疗程，每疗程3个月。

疗效：用此法治疗816例，显效678例，有效138例，总有效率为10O%。大多数患者埋线1～4次。

④艾灸

取穴：a.百会、大椎、身柱;b.前顶、神道、筋缩;c.百会、脊中、腰奇、鸠尾。

治法：上述三组穴位，顺序选用。每年小暑至处暑灸治1次，连续2～3年。穴位局部消毒，用0.2%普鲁卡因局麻，蒜汁涂抹后艾灸，头部穴位4～5壮，胸背部5～7壮或7～9壮，体弱及儿童酌减。灸后穴位起泡处敷贴药油膏，并服食公鸡、鱼类以促使其化脓。药膏每日一换，至灸疤愈合。
