二、癫痫急救措施：对持续状态者要给予吸氧，注意观察病人发作时头、眼的位置，瞳孔有无散大，抽搐、持续和间隔的时间，有无尿失禁、舌咬伤等。控制抽搐应肌注安定注射液、氯硝西泮注射液、苯妥英纳注射液，但应在医生指导下进行。

三、癫痫急救措施：癫痫大发作时，应将压舌板或铁勺柄包上纱布，置于上下牙齿之间，起到防止咬舌的作用。尽快松解衣领和裤带以利于呼吸，肢体应与硬物隔开，以免碰伤。

四、癫痫急救措施：发作停止后病人应侧卧，保持呼吸道通畅。在空气新鲜和安静的环境下，病人能很好地休息，有助于其身体的康复。
