1、姿势性癫痫

指反复发作并以必然的姿势造型为主要表现的癫痫发作形式，常因额叶辅助运动区受累所致。典型的癫痫病的症状表现为头眼向一侧偏斜伴一个或多个肢体姿势性强直，常见面向侧的上肢上举，肘部半屈，似击剑状，同时意识多保留，部分有尖叫或不能说话。整个发作过程持续时间短。这种姿势性发作一般不伴有阵挛性动作，但可向其他形式的发作转化。

2、旋转性癫痫

旋转性癫痫是癫痫的一种特殊类型，临床易与扭转痉挛及其它一些精神性疾病混淆，造成误诊。这种癫痫病的症状表现较少见，以反复的转动性发作为主要表现，癫痫病患者的具体症状有哪些。

癫痫发作，可表现为单纯的头眼突然转向一侧，大多转向异常放电的对侧，也可伴有躯干的转动，患者似向侧或后看。偶尔可造成全身旋转，其幅度可多达几圈。发作一般历时短暂，意识清醒者可主动扶持物体以防跌倒，部分于转圈后跌倒于地，继以全身强直-阵挛发作。

3、癫痫性眼球震颤

局灶性癫痫发作的一种表现，癫痫性眼球震颤是罕见的。患者以前可无癫痫史，癫痫性眼球震颤可以毫无诱因而突然发作，也可以在某些特定因素，如光刺激、深呼吸、压迫眼球等情况下发生癫痫病的症状表现，眼球震颤多为水平性，快相向癫痫灶对侧，可伴有背离或朝向癫痫灶的水平性凝视。发作时患者可能有视物不清感，持续时间短暂，脑电图检查放电部位多在颞顶枕部。
