6、阅读性发作、反射性发作。这类发作具有特殊性，它们的发作可能有某种特殊情景。比如有的孩子在只看书的时候没有任何异常，但一朗读，嘴角就开始抽搐，继续进行朗读则抽搐加剧，这是小儿癫痫的表现症状。
