(四)活动、娱乐

癫痫病人可以参加适量运动，如散步、慢跑、羽毛球、网球、乒乓球等运动，但不要过于激烈，不能参加游泳、登山、跳水、赛车等运动，也尽量不骑自行车，防止发作时摔伤，或出现交通事故。癫痫病人应少看电视，因有些画面、声响对视觉、听觉都有强烈的刺激，尤其一些恐怖场面，对于某一些癫痫患儿，容易诱发作。对于病情控制较好的病人，每天看电视最好不超过半小时，对于闪光诱发癫痫发作的病人，应禁止玩电子游戏。电子游戏能诱发大脑过度放电，使癫痫发作。
