3、起病前常有惊吓史，发作时惊叫，吐舌，急啼，神志恍惚，面色时红时白，惊惕不安，如人将捕之状，四肢抽搐，痰粘稠是惊痫。以上都是儿童癫痫病症状。

4、发作时痰涎壅盛，喉间痰鸣，瞪目直视，神志恍惚，状如痴呆，失神，或仆倒于地，手足抽搐不甚明显，或局部抽动，智力逐渐低下称痰痫。

儿童癫痫的治疗方法：

㈠饮食疗法治疗：生酮饮食是一种“纯绿色”的自然饮食疗法;患者经过进食脂肪含量高的食物;使饮食中脂肪与蛋白质和碳水化合物的比例到达相应的比例;大脑将以“脂肪熄灭”产生的酮体作为它的主要能量来源;发挥酮体所具有的“镇静”作用;以到达控制癫痫发作的目的!
