三、局限性发作的初期症状

患者一侧口角、眼睑、手指、足趾或面部及肢体末端出现短暂抽搐或刺痛，可延伸至全身。

四、精神运动性发作的初期症状

类似失神小发作症状，持续达一分钟以上，患者会出现幻觉、错觉、无意识的动作，如吸吮、咀嚼、咂嘴、脱衣、解纽扣等。
