四、癫痫发作诱因是突发精神刺激。一些突发的事件，容易引起患者情绪剧烈波动，在没有任何思想准备的情况下出现这种情况，受到精神刺激，会使患者大脑神经过度兴奋，引起癫痫发作。大悲、大喜、惊吓过度都会诱发癫痫发作。因此癫痫患者和家属需要合理安排生活起居。避免剧烈情绪波动;
