　　癫痫病的早期症状表现: 肢痛性癫痫，这种癫痫的发作是以四肢末端疼痛以及关节疼痛为特征，所以常被误诊为风湿关节炎、坐骨神经痛、神经官能症，神经根炎或儿童麻痹症等。癫痫病患者有易激惹、烦躁不安、情绪忧郁、心境不佳、常挑剔或抱怨他人的症状，大发作前数秒钟内病人出现的错觉、幻觉、自动症、局部肌阵挛或其它特殊感觉等。有些精神运动性发作也可出现类似大发作的前驱症状。

　　癫痫病的偏头痛性癫痫是一种常见的头痛类型，头疼性癫痫是指一种反复发作的一种搏动性头痛，发作前一般有先兆，比如:常有闪光、视觉模糊、肢体麻木，还常伴有恶、羞明能症状，在安静、黑暗环境内或睡眠后头痛缓解。在头痛发生前或发作时可伴有神经、精神功能障碍。因为癫痫病发作初期是反映了部分发作的一个皮层功能区的活化放电，因此第一个初期往往代表发生异常放电的脑区，即痫灶部位。如能准确说出发作初期，颞叶癫痫多有听觉、情绪及上腹不适先兆。

　　躯体感觉性先兆：包括刺痛、麻木、感觉缺失等;癫痫发作时间一般持续数秒或数分钟后自行缓解。癫痫病程中反复发作的频度差别很大。一般是突然动作停止、眼神空洞，会持续五至十秒钟之后骤然结束，严重的癫痫病症状表现是会突然神志丧失，呼吸暂停、四肢抽动，双手握拳，两眼上翻或黑眼球偏向一侧，面色青紫，口吐白沫，常伴有舌头咬伤和尿失禁。癫痫病的初期症状有身体疼痛，没有力气，呕吐，晚上睡觉容易惊醒，全身有时候容易发抖抽搐，突然两眼凝视或上翻，平时要饮食清淡，不要食用辛辣等刺激性食物，患者要及时发现病情及时治疗。
