癫痫病持续发作该如何治疗?因为癫痫的发作类型不同，可分为惊厥性和非惊厥性两种持续状态，后者多表现失神、昏迷或某些行为的变化，容易漏诊，常需借助脑电图或作脑电动态监护。明确诊断后要持续发作的癫痫病应该如何治疗，西药多采用静脉注射，地西泮为首选，常用量为毫克/公斤，速度为每分钟2毫克。苯巴比妥和丙戊酸也可选用，用量参照如何选择西药治疗癫痫。中医治疗首选针刺疗法，可针人中、十宣、涌泉、神门等穴位，用强刺激法。发作停止后可用醒神开窍、宁心祛痰法处治。处方如下：麝香、苏合香、石菖蒲、远志、柏子仁、莲子心、麦冬、茯神、陈皮、胆南星、甘草。

癫痫病持续发作该如何治疗?惊厥性癫痫持续状态危害性大、死亡率高，必须迅速处理，首选劳拉西泮，对于成人，持续发作的癫痫病应该如何治疗首先静推毫克，用时1分钟以上;老年患者用1毫克，儿童则要用2毫克，若发作不止再加量l~2毫克。与此同时可以静脉点滴苯妥英钠，点滴速度每分钟不超过50毫克。目标负荷量为20毫克/公斤，持续滴人时间约为20分钟。中医处理仍以针刺为主，除针人中外，可加针曲池、合谷、足三里，手法宜轻，平补平泻为妥，切勿强刺激，以免加重痉挛。持续发作的癫痫病应该如何治疗中药可重用平肝熄风法，佐用调气和血。处方如下：玳瑁、生石决明、磁石、天麻、钩藤、全蝎、僵蚕、白芍、当归、黄芪、人参、茯苓。.
