小儿部分性羊癫疯类型

1、良性儿童期羊癫疯有中央～颞部棘波者：又名良性中央回癫痫。发病多在3～13岁间，男性较多。表现为口部、咽部和一侧面部的阵挛性抽搐，常伴有舌部僵住感、吞咽困难、言语困难和唾液分泌增多，偶然涉及同侧上肢。意识清晰，但发作偶然扩散成GTcs。发作常在夜间，使患儿惊醒。脑电图示对侧中央区和(或)颞区高电位棘波，继以慢活动。大多在15～16岁前痊愈。

2、儿童期羊癫疯有枕部脑电阵发者：发作先有视觉症状如视力模煳、闪光、幻觉等，常继以偏侧阵挛发作或自动症。脑电图在一侧或双侧枕区和后颞区可见棘波或尖波。

症状性部分性羊癫疯有不同类型的发作，病理也不一致。见于大多数的羊癫疯患者，而以起源于海马部或杏仁核，表现为复杂部分性发作的颞叶羊癫疯为最常见。
