癫痫的急救

首先让患儿侧卧或平卧，将头部转向一侧，稍稍后仰，解开上衣，保持呼吸道通常，防止呕吐物或分泌物吸入气管引起窒息，必要时及时将分泌物吸出。对于戴眼镜的患儿，要马上摘下眼镜，避免玻璃碎裂造成伤害。适当按压人中，大多数患儿抽搐可在短时间内停止。

对于惊厥后的儿童癫痫患者要使其放松、镇静。但如果儿童癫痫病人抽搐不止，发作超过5分钟后，则要紧急寻求医生的帮助。还有需要注意的是，发作时不要强行按压患儿的四肢，制止患儿的发作。另外，民间喜欢把病人强行折曲成"盘腿坐位"，连拍带捶加呼叫，其实这些动作对终止癫痫发作没有任何作用。相反，强力拉压折曲痉挛的四肢，容易造成骨折、脱臼或肌肉撕裂损伤。

还有癫痫发作时候患者很容易咬到舌头，造成伤害，所以患者家属要注意用比较柔软的布料放到患者嘴里，但是如果患者已经紧闭上嘴巴，家属也别用刀叉、铁匙等坚硬的器械强力撬开患者的嘴巴，撬掉牙齿反会导致误吸;不主张家长用手指抠嘴，易被咬伤;可用布条缠筷子，放入病儿牙齿间，避免咬舌便于吸痰。
