常见的癫痫发作的症状有哪些呢

癫痫大发作强直期：患者突然意识丧失，跌倒在地，全身肌肉强直性收缩，头后仰，双上肢屈曲强直，双下肢伸性强直，口部先张后闭合，此时可能咬伤唇、舌和颊部。由于膈肌、肋间肌强直收缩，使肺空气压出，同时喉部痉挛、咽喉狭窄致发生尖锐的叫声称为痫叫，此期瞳孔散大，血压上升。起初皮肤结膜发红，继之由于呼吸肌强直收缩，呼吸暂停，口唇及全身皮肤青紫，此期历时10―20秒，进入阵挛期。

癫痫大发作阵挛期：此期全身肌肉发生节律性收缩，往往先从面部开始，因咀嚼肌抽动，可咬伤舌唇，在肢端逐渐呈现细微的震颤，幅度逐渐增大并延及全身，呈现间歇的屈曲痉挛，其频率逐渐减退，持续l～3分钟，最后在一次强烈痉挛后突然停止，在发作期常伴有心率加快、血压升高、唾液和汗液分泌增多、呼吸声粗大，唾液呈泡沫从口流出，有时混有血丝，并口吐血沫，瞳孔散大，小便失禁，甚至大便失禁等癫痫大发作的症状。此时瞳孔反射和各种深浅反射均消失。

癫痫大发作恢复期：此期患者呈昏睡状态，经过10多分钟清醒或继续睡眠数小时不等。癫痫大发作的症状为：心率、血压、反射、瞳孔趋向正常，昏迷逐渐减轻而清醒，有的在清醒前表现精神错乱、兴奋躁动，甚至乱跑。清醒后除先兆症状外，对发作情况完全不能记忆。自觉有头痛、乏力、全身肌肉酸痛等表现。
