2、睡眠：睡眠对某些癫痫有一定的影响，如伴中央-颞棘波的小儿良性癫痫大多在睡眠中发作;婴儿痉挛症在醒后和睡前发作较频;特发性全身强直-阵挛发作多在睡醒后发生。

3、感觉性因素：如视觉刺激(光、电视)、听觉刺激(巨响、音乐)、前庭刺激、嗅觉刺激、味觉刺激、触觉或本体觉刺激等，均可成为癫痫的诱发因素。如果病儿只在特定的诱因刺激下才发作，称为反射性癫痫。

4、性别：有些癫痫与性别有关，如失神发作，女孩明显多于男孩。

5、发热：对小儿也是诱发癫痫发作的因素，特别是高热惊厥。而高热惊厥又可引发癫痫。

6、内分泌：内分泌的改变对癫痫也有影响，如大发作常在青春期或月经初潮时开始，失神发作可在青春期转为大发作。

7、其他：如睡眠不足、疲劳、惊吓、饥饿、过度换气、情感冲动、药物等，均可诱发癫痫患儿的发作。
