癫痫病的早期症状会头痛吗

一、头痛性癫痫是以剧烈头痛为主要症状的癫痫发作。发作前多有先兆，如幻觉、复视、畏光、视物不清、眼前出现闪烁等视觉症状，随之出现头痛。头痛的部位可在一侧、前额、两颞、顶部、枕部或全头。

二、头痛部位多在前额、颞、枕部或眼眶，以双侧头痛居多，少数为单侧性，每次头痛发作部位较固定。头痛剧烈，呈搏动性、刺痛或钝痛等。发作可伴恶心、呕吐、腹痛、脸色苍白、眩晕、出汗或心悸。

三、发作时脑电图可出现棘波、棘慢波、高波幅慢波或14及6赫兹的正性棘波。但脑电图检查阴性也不能排除本病。

四、有些患者发作时还常伴有植物神经功能紊乱症状，如头晕、苍白、出汗、呕吐、腹痛、体温改变、嗜睡等，也有的伴有精神障碍。

五、每次发作待续数秒至数十分钟，一般很少超过24小时。
