1.腹痛型癫痫

多见于儿童，其表现为突然发作性腹痛，疼痛部位多在脐周或上腹部。疼痛较剧烈，一般持续数分钟时间，也有少数达1小时，常伴有食欲不振、恶心、呕吐、腹泻等胃肠道症状。发作时可有一定程度的意识障碍。以上症状在一定时间内反复出现，容易和其他急腹症等疾病混淆。

2.头痛型癫痫

表现为突然发作性头痛，头痛部位以前额部多见，其次为颞区、眼眶部，以搏动性头痛较为常见，也可表现为胀痛、刺痛，一般疼痛较剧烈，持续时间数分钟。发作时常伴有恶心、呕吐、乏力、视物模糊、嗜睡，发作间歇期如同正常人。该类型癫痫很容易被误诊为神经性头痛。

3.精神运动型癫痫

精神运动型癫痫主要表现为幻觉、幻视、幻听，行为古怪，有时无故突然打人、毁物，夜间梦游等，患者常被误认为是精神病，被送到精神病院治疗。
