青少年初期的癫痫病能治好吗

首先我们要知道青少年初期的癫痫病的症状：1.癫痫失神发作：有四个特点，没有先兆、突然出现、简短的期限、迅速恢复。发作时短暂的意识丧失、突然中止原来的活动、中断谈话、面色苍白、双目凝视、无神、手中持物跌落、头前倾、口角眼睑颤动、时有眼球颤动，既不跌倒、也不抽搐。发作不超过30秒，突然停止，恢复清醒。一般智力不受影响。

2.变异性小发作：①肌阵挛发作：可发生在任何时间。②无动性发作：突然发生的一过性肌张力丧失。③强直性发作：表现在某些肌肉突然的强直收缩。

3.癫痫复合发作：①失神伴肌阵挛：有面部或肢体、眼、眼睑、眼球向上运动。②失神伴发肌张力增加：前俯性失神，后仰性失神或旋转性失神。③失神伴肌张力减退：失神伴全身肌张力丧失而跌倒。④失神伴发自动症：除失神症外，表现吸吮、咀嚼或其他无目的动作。⑤失神伴植物神经症状：有失神症，还有如出汗、尿失禁等。看了这些症状就该知道青少年初期的癫痫病不能忽略，癫痫病药物治疗总的原则是：用药早、剂量足、服药准、时间长。一旦癫痫病诊断确立后，应马上服药，控制发作。剂量足够控制癫痫病不发作、且不出现药物毒性反应为准，必要时可进行血药浓度检查。根据不同的癫痫病类型或症，确定药物选择。一般停止发作2年以上，方可停药。
