脑血管病患者、癫痫患者和老年人不宜洗澡过频。因为脑血管病患者被热水刺激会使体内血流加速，易发生血管破裂。老年人体力弱，常洗澡易造成引发大脑缺血等症状。

同时，针对小儿癫痫病的护理，癫痫患者洗澡是时间不宜过长，这是因为洗澡是非常消耗体能事情，如果洗澡时间过长，很容易造成脑部缺氧、缺血，从而引起了癫痫发作。癫痫患者一定要及早治疗，保证自己病情得到控制，避免因洗浴造成的癫痫发作对自己的身体健康造成危害。

1、饱餐后和饥饿时不应洗澡。饱餐后洗澡，全身表皮血管被热水刺激扩张，较多的血液流向体表，腹腔血液供应相对减少，会影响消化吸收，引起低血糖，甚至虚脱、昏倒，容易引发癫痫发作。

2、癫痫患者劳动后不应立即洗澡。无论是体力劳动还是脑力劳动后，均应休息片刻再洗澡，否则容易引起心脏、脑部供血不足，甚至发生晕厥。

3、在血压过低时不应洗澡。在水温过高时，人的血管扩张，低血压的人易出现一时性脑供血不足，发生虚脱。

4、饭前饥饿的时候就不要洗,容易造成癫痫患者缺氧和暂时性贫血,饭后立即就洗也不好,最好是饭后一小时或更长的时间。睡前洗澡会消除一天的疲劳而使你轻松入睡,但注意不要湿头睡觉，长期湿头发睡觉易患病。
