二、小孩癫痫早期症状出现的时候患者通常保持清醒，只有面部、手部或腿部抽搐，称部分性运动性发作。儿童初期的癫痫症状患者知觉会部分丢失，处在神志模糊状态。可能发生茫然呆视，不理他人，如进入梦中，重复地咀嚼，舔唇，搓手，解扣，玩弄衣服或附近的物件，奔跑，或露出恐惧，微笑，愤怒的表情，甚至是是大哭大笑。

三、小孩癫痫早期症状包括局限性发作，一侧肢体末端、面部、足趾、口角、眼睑、手指呈麻木刺痛或短暂性抽搐、在抽搐的时候可由手指到上肢扩展到对侧。小发作，分为痉挛性小发作或失神小发作2种。

四、小孩癫痫早期症状还有大发作，癫痫患者忽然意识丧失，在跌倒的时候会大叫一声、大小便失禁、口吐白沫、呼吸暂停、唇舌咬破、全身强直性抽搐，5-10分钟就自行恢复。
