癫痫的病因究竟有多复杂

患上癫痫病的大多数其实都是青少年以及儿童，先天因素引起的青少年癫痫，很多癫痫在青少年儿童人群中高发，癫痫病始于幼年者，与先天因素密切相关。先天因素有两方面：一是胎儿因母体受惊恐，使母体及胎儿气机逆乱，肝肾受损;二是父母禀赋不足，或父母本患癫痫，导致胎儿精气不足，影响胎儿发育。出生后，易生痰生风，导致癫痫发作，而且癫痫发作还会影响孩子成长发育。

成人癫痫病患者也不少，而且大多数患者患病都与酗酒有关，酗酒也是癫痫发作的病因，因为长期大量饮酒除可引起胃炎、胰腺炎、肝损害、心律失常、造血功能和免疫功能异常外，给神经系统造成一定的伤害，使体内维生素b1缺乏，造成脑组织代谢障碍，发生脑萎缩，导致癫痫疾病的发作。还可能导致注意力低下，记忆力减退，甚至痴呆。急性乙醇中毒可直接引起癫痫发作，所以要避免癫痫病成人要注意戒酒。

癫痫病是一种脑科疾病，很多脑部疾病都会造成癫痫，最常见的有颅内感染：如各种脑炎、脑膜炎等，这些疾病导致大脑皮层炎症和水肿，引起癫痫发作。后遗症期由于脑实质内瘢痕形成和脑膜粘连，也会导致癫痫发作。所以颅内感染应早期诊断，积极治疗，减少后遗症和并发症的发生。在患上这些疾病后，要及时到正规医院治疗，不要拖拉耽误了病情。

　日常生活中癫痫患者睡眠、休息，因为癫痫病应避免劳累，大多数都应该保证充足的睡眠。就是因为睡眠不足可使大脑兴奋性增高，很多时候正常人若睡眠不足脑电图也可有类似癫痫病人的活动。所以说癫痫病人应保证睡眠时间，从而这成人至少保证每天睡眠7-9小时，还有就是儿童至少8-16小时。
