　　女性癫痫病会遗传吗?一般来说女性如果患有癫痫病的话，首先让女性想到的就是能不能生孩，会不会遗传给后代。对于这个问题，应该是大多数家庭中所关心的问题，影响到后来的健康及正常的生活，必须的格外的注意，那么女性癫痫病会遗传吗?我们下面一起来看下

　　癫痫病有遗传的倾向，但对下代的影响不是百分之百的。一般说来，癫痫病人的子女只有5%发生癫痫，因此癫痫病人是可以生育的。但从优生学的角度，癫痫病人最好避免与惊厥阈值低的人(包括癫痫病人和有高热惊厥史者)结婚，癫痫病人应在病情稳定，基本控制发作后生育。另外，对胎儿的影响主要来自母亲，有癫痫病的父亲一般不会遗传。一般建议停药半年再考虑要小孩。功能性癫痫病人亲属中的癫痫患病率为一般人口中癫痫患病率的4-7.2倍，器质性癫痫病人亲属中的癫痫患病率为一般人口中癫痫患病率的2-3.6倍，因此癫痫与遗传有关，但并不是所有的癫痫是遗传引起的，比如炎症、损伤引起的癫痫。

　　患有遗传性癫痫的一般应该放弃生育，患有非遗传性癫痫的患者应该在病情完全控制停药一年以上再做生育计划，这样做是比较安全的，凡非遗传性癫痫不能停药 的，应该根据病人的实际情况决定，因为这样的情况怀孕有一定的风险。癫痫患者怀孕后，45%的人发作次数增加，特别是服用西药，通过肝脏代谢，胎儿组织和 胎盘易致抗癫痫药血清浓度降低，而不能控制发作，若增加剂量，对母亲和胎儿都有影响。

　　一般来讲，患者在病情稳定时，是可以考虑要孩子的。但对于妊娠期癫痫患者，应当提倡神经科和妇产科医师密切配合，适量指导增加抗癫痫药或者在病情得到控制后，再怀孕。妊娠期妇女服用的抗癫痫药物会对胎儿的正常生长发育有一定影响。同时，癫痫病人在分娩期应做好积极有效的预防措施，达到顺利生产。建议尽快确诊，如果是癫痫病，就要及早治疗了，以免使病情迁延，甚至加重!癫痫患者如果没有丧失劳动能力，生活可以处理，没有严重的智力障碍，没有特殊的遗传性疾病，在病情稳定的情况下，可以要孩子!

　　女性癫痫病会遗传吗?虽然说，在病情控制之后是可以考虑要孩子的，但最好还是在治好癫痫病之后再要孩子，因为遗传因素谁也说不准，我们并不能确定会不会遗传给后代，为了保证后代有个健康正常的生活，癫痫患者尤其是女性一定要坚持治疗!
