1、癫痫局限性发作：为大脑皮层部分神经细胞群，受病理性影响所导致的。局限性运动性癫痫发作时，从一侧口角、手指或足趾开端的部分肌肉抽搐，今后分散至同侧半身，抽搐中止后可呈现轻度瘫痪;另一种则是局限性感受性癫痫，即一侧身体感受发作反常。

2、癫痫非典型小发作：癫痫病的症状的非典型小发作，为一种继发性癫痫的表现，多属弥散性脑病，常伴有智能发育妨碍。很像失神小发作，不过时刻较短，认识妨碍较短。

3、癫痫病小发作：主要分为失神小发作：首要表现为时刻短的认识损失，突然中止活动，瞪目直视，手中持物落地，但不发作抽搐，继续数秒后敏捷康复常态，一日可发作数十次不等，多见于少年。还有肌阵挛性小发作：表现短暂(1~2秒)的双侧肌肉阵挛，多见于上肢、颈部、躯干的委曲肌，偶见全身，招致倾跌。

4、癫痫病大发作：认识偶然损失，全身抽搐(惊厥)，口吐白沫，瞳孔扩展，面无人色后转为青紫，因呼吸肌痉挛而致呼吸暂停等。抽搐1~3分钟后中止，认识康复或转入熟睡，1~2小时后复苏。若大发作接连呈现，病人继续昏倒，则称为癫痫继续状况，危险性甚大，须敏捷操控。
