癫痫是什么病因

癫痫的发病有些是突然性的没有明显原因的，而有一些确实存在诱发因素的。诱发癫痫的因素多呈周期性的出现，所以患者要仔细观察一下自己两次发作之间的时间，以及发生的环境。有些患者发生可能没有规律可找，这就要看看是不是受到了什么刺激，比如强光刺激或是强音刺激，这些都可以是癫痫发作的诱导因素。

临床上大体将癫痫反复发病原因分为症状性、特发性和隐源性这三类。症状性癫痫表现为已知的或疑似的中枢神经系统病变;特发性癫痫可能与遗传有关，其他没有什么关联诱因;隐源性癫痫不能完全的诊断，推测与症状性相关。多数癫痫的发病都受到年龄的限制，特别是癫痫综合征与患者的年龄有很的关系。根据调查数据显示，婴幼儿是癫痫发病的第一个高峰期，随后到中年会慢慢的减少，但是到老年后又开始增加。

神经递质异常癫痫性放电与神经递质关系极为密切，正常情况下兴奋性与抑制性神经递质保持平衡状态，神经元膜稳定。当兴奋性神经递质过多或是抑制性递质过少，都能使兴奋与抑制间失衡，使膜不稳定并产生癫痫性放电。

神经胶质细胞异常神经元微环境的电解质平衡是维持神经元正常兴奋性的基础。神经胶质细胞对维持神经元的生存环境起着重要的作用。当星形胶质细胞对谷氨酸或γ氨基丁酸的摄取能力发生改变时可导致癫痫发作。分子遗传学研究发现，一部分遗传性癫痫的分子机制为离子通道或是相关分子的结构或功能改变。

其中脑部疾病先天性脑发育异常大脑灰质异位症、脑穿通畸形、结节性硬化、脑面血管瘤病等;颅脑肿瘤原发性或转移性肿瘤;颅内感染各种脑炎、脑脓肿、脑囊虫病、脑膜炎、脑弓形虫病等。全身或系统性疾病窒息、缺氧、一氧化碳中毒、心肺复苏后等;代谢性疾病低血钙、低血糖、苯丙酮尿症、尿毒症等;内分泌疾病甲状旁腺功能减退、胰岛素瘤等。
