轻微癫痫的症状有哪些

一、姿势性癫痫病的特殊症状：指反复发作并以一定的姿势造型为主要表现的癫痫发作形式，常因额叶辅助运动区受累所致。典型表现为头眼向一侧偏斜伴一个或多个肢体姿势性强直，常见面向侧的上肢上举，肘部半屈，似击剑状，同时意识多保留，部分有尖叫或不能说话。

二、病灶性发作：这是局部性发作(在脑的-个部位开始，或向其他部位扩散，或局限于该部位)。症状从轻度到中等严重程度不等，视乎脑的患病部位而定。单纯局限性发作引起抽搐、幻觉，但不致意识丧失。

三、全身抽搐是典型症状，却不一定是由癫痫病引起的，我们来详细的了解一下：人体因遭受暂时困扰(诸如发高热、脑部受感染或濒临溺死)而触发的全身抽搐，当然并非癫痫病;精神问题或心理问题所引起的全身抽搐，也不是真正的癫痫病，医学上称为假性癫痫病发作。

四、癫痫性眼球震颤：以眼球震颤为癫痫发作的主要或唯一表现。作为局灶性癫痫发作的一种表现，癫痫性眼球震颤是罕见的。患者以前可无癫痫史，癫痫性眼球震颤可以毫无诱因而突然发作，也可以在某些特定因素，如光刺激、深呼吸、压迫眼球等情况下发生，眼球震颤多为水平性，快相向癫痫灶对侧，可伴有背离或朝向癫痫灶的水平性凝视。
