3、姿势性癫痫：反复发作并以一定的姿势造型出现的癫痫即为姿势性癫痫，其发病主要与额叶辅助运动区受累有关。姿势性癫痫的典型症状为患者头部和眼睛向一侧偏斜，伴有一个或多个肢体特定姿势强直的表现，且面向一侧的上肢呈上举状态，肘部半屈，似击剑状，患者多半保留意识，甚至出现尖叫或失声。

有些年长儿童本来是无热惊厥，但在患感冒或发热时更容易发作。这时发热就成为癫痫发作的诱因。如果您的孩子在婴幼儿期和学龄前期有发热后出现抽搐，不发热则没有抽搐发作的表现，但是孩子的智力、运动、语言等发育正常的话，那么这样的孩子不一定患有癫痫，应与热性惊厥鉴别。
