(3)癫痫小发作伴强直成分：主要表现为癫痫小发作时姿势性张力轻度增加，以影响伸肌为主，最常累及眼肌，引起眼球向上凝视。累及范围可进一步扩大到颈部或躯干，导致头向后仰或躯干的后冲性运动。不对称的姿势性强直可导致头或躯干转向一侧。有时强直中伴有轻度的阵挛成分。

(4)痫小发作伴植物神经症状：癫痫小发作时常可观察到植物神经的症状，如瞳孔扩大，面色苍白或潮红，心动过速，呼吸改变等，少数癫痫患者可有尿失禁。
