　　2、规律服药：一般病人的用药规律为早、午、晚三次服药。但癫痫患者就不能以这个规律来用药，因为如果服用抗癫痫药物 时间和用餐的时间是同步的，那么人体对药物的吸收就在白天完成，导致白天血液中的药物浓度高，毒副作用随之增加;但是在夜间服用又会导致血中药物浓度太低，甚至不能起到抗癫痫的作用，影响药效。

　　3、遵医嘱用药：癫痫患者一定要在医生的指导下，合理服用抗癫痫药物。

　　只有科学规范的用药才能达到好的治疗效果，才能达到治愈疾病的目的。很多病人服药一到两年基本可以控制癫痫，但是有的病人依然无效，那么就需要手术治疗，或者继续药物治疗。

　　大家需要注意持续癫痫，癫痫持续状态属于神经科急症，普通的癫痫发作一次大多只持续3到5分钟、便会获得缓解，而癫痫持续状态、则是指一次发作持续30分钟以上，或连续多次发作、中间意识未恢复清醒者，如果生活中出现持续癫痫要马上就医，不然会有生命危险，持续癫痫不是简单用药就能够解决的。
