4、额叶背外侧癫痫(羊癫疯)特征：有转动动作和失语的单纯部分性强直性发作或以自动症开始的复杂部分性发作。常见发病的原因为外伤、星形细胞瘤和少枝胶质细胞瘤。

5、运动皮质癫痫(羊癫疯)特征：表现为单纯部分性发作，取决于运动区哪一部位受累。在前中央区下部，可以有语言中断、发音或语言障碍、对侧面部强直--阵挛动作，常扩展为全身性发作;在中央区受累时为部分性运动性发作，或杰克生发作，特别易在对侧上肢开始;涉及旁中央小叶的发作，则可发生同侧足和对侧腿的发作。

6、枕叶癫痫(羊癫疯)特征：往往表现为不存在外界刺激时的视觉症状。简单的视觉性发作如瞬时的视觉异常，可以为阴性的症状，如暗点、偏盲、黑蒙或者较多的为阳性症状如火花或闪光、光幻觉，一般出现在放电对侧视野。

7、运动辅区癫痫(羊癫疯)的特征：有姿势性发作、单纯部分性强直性发作(可伴有发声、语言停止等)和有尿失禁的复杂部分性发作，脑电图示低平节律性多棘波，常需深电极探查以发现病灶，常见发病的原因为局限性脑萎缩、肿瘤和脉畸形。
