2、手术治疗

术前进行癫痫源灶定位是非常关键的，因为脑损伤后的瘢痕虽为外伤性癫痫的病因，但引起癫痫发作，却往往是位于病变附近的(偶尔是远离的)痫性放电灶，有时甚至是多源性的，故手术时不仅要切除脑瘢痕组织，同时，还必须切除貌似正常的痫灶，否则癫痫不能控制。
