3、解开病人身上约束的衣物，例如：领带及绷紧的衣物等。且移开易造成伤害的对象或家具，防止病人意外发生。

4、请勿强行约束病人抖动的肢体，以免造成伤害﹙如骨折﹚。应该刺激或点压人中、合谷、足三里、涌泉等穴位。

5、癫痫患者抽搐停止后，给患者更换被汗液、尿液浸湿的衣裤，并给其换个舒适的环境，让其安静入睡。有一些患者在朦胧状态中会出现自伤、伤人、毁物等狂躁性行为，家长应严格看护。
