癫痫病发作该怎样急救护理

一、精神运动性癫痫兴奋发作时病人产生病理性激情，可突然爆发冲动行为，有时发生自伤、伤人、毁物、自杀、杀人等，遇有这类发作，应立即采取紧急措施，严格限制其行动，以免造成严重后果。

二、短暂的精神运动性发作，如自动症、单纯记忆障碍、意识障碍、强迫性思维等，一般无严重行为问题，不至于对病人本人及周围的人或物造成损害，一般不需要特殊护理。

三、对一些较为复杂的发作，如夜游或漫游，其行为无一定的目的性，有时缺乏自我保护能力。遇有这类形式的发作时，应对其行为加以限制，如果不能强行限制时，应有人跟踪其行踪，以防发生意外。
