癫痫发作的一些常见症状

一、精神运动性发作：表现为短暂的意识混乱或精神失常，可做出毫无目的的动作或错乱行为，甚至伤人、毁物或跑到外地。发作可持续数小时至数日，事后不能回忆。不发作时精神正常。

二、失神发作：俗称小发作。只有短暂的意识丧失，表现为两眼呆视，说话或动作中断，呆立或呆坐不动，手中物品掉落，呼之不应。清醒后对发作中的事有的能想起，有的想不起来。小发作多见于儿童。

三、部分性发作：表现为，面部或一侧肢体抽搐或感觉异常，发作时病人意识清晰。

四、全身性发作，表现为病人突然大喊一声，跌倒在地，随即发生全身肌肉抽搐，抽搐持续1分钟至数分钟即自行停止。此后转入昏睡或躁动不安，有的立即清醒，有的约20-60分钟后清醒。发作前部分病人有先兆症状，如：难受的感觉、异常感觉、出汗等。

五、植物神经性发作：出现恶心、呕吐、耳鸣、头痛、皮肤知觉异常等植物神经性症状，可在短时间内恢复。

六、点头状癫痫(婴儿痉挛)：出现在某些脑部患有病变的婴幼儿。表现为手脚肌肉抽动，脑袋哆嗦着前屈。这种发作在1天之内常常反复多次出现。
