2.牛奶有益于癫痫治疗：癫痫病患者应该多吃哪些食物?喝牛奶有助于癫痫病治疗。牛奶不仅能够提高患者抵抗力，减少癫痫发作出发，癫痫病治疗药物中，有一定的副作用，多喝牛奶还能够降低抗癫痫药物的副作用。因为癫痫药物能减少神经元内钠离子浓度，使游离钙增加，多喝牛奶能够避免患者因为缺钙而骨折。所以癫痫患者应该尽量多的喝一些牛奶补充脂肪、无机盐、维生素、蛋白质等营养元素。

3.增加镁的镊入量对癫痫病人有帮助。所以癫痫患者应该多食用一些富含镁元素的食物，如小米、玉米、红小豆、黄豆、豆腐干、绿色蔬菜、芹菜、牛肝、鸡肉等都是含镁比较丰富的食物。

癫痫病患者应该注意的禁忌有什么?为了配合医治和防止发作时的意外，癫痫病人及其亲属必须牢记以下禁忌：

(1)戒吃诱发癫痫发作的食物：煎炸食品、肥腻食品(鹅肉、羊肉等)、酒、浓茶、咖啡、辣椒、葱蒜，这些东西应尽可能敬而远之，特别是酒、茶和咖啡应绝对忌口。

(2)限盐：精神科医生认为，癫痫病人吃食过咸，体内钠离子在短期内骤增，可导致神经元过度放电而诱发发作。癫痫病患者应该注意的禁忌有什么?癫痫病人的饮食应清淡，不可吃太咸的东西。香蕉含钠较多，一次不可多吃。

(3)限水：癫痫病患者应该注意的禁忌有什么?限水并非不让饮水，而是要限制放开肚皮饮水。癫痫发作起自间脑，试验证明间脑为人体的水调节中枢，饮水过量使间脑负担过重，从而导致癫痫发作。故病人饮水要有节制，含水量高的瓜果和各种饮料同样要限制。

(4)忌随意停药或换药：癫痫是一种顽固性慢性疾病，治疗疗程长、见效慢、停药也不可断然即停。癫痫大发作症状得到控制后，仍需继续3～5年不间断的服药治疗，然后才开始转入停药期，停药也需要1～2年时间渐减剂量才能完全停。如果在停药期又有发作，则又须从头开始服药。由于疗程长，病人往往缺乏耐心和信心，这种心理应戒除，要听从医生的安排。
