　　明确诊断、调整药物、控制发作。就是在癫痫确诊后，确定中医和西医的分类、分型和病因，逐步调整药物的种类、剂量和治疗方法，直至癫痫不再发作为止。此期较短，一般为1-3个月，个别重症患者适当延长。药物治疗应该在专科医生的指导下，进行系统、正规的进行。药物治疗女性癫痫总的原则是:用药早、剂量足、服药准、时间长。一旦女性癫痫诊断确立后，应立即服药，控制发作。

　　在日常生活中，癫痫患者也要有所注意，尤其是女性癫痫患者的生理结构比较复杂，而癫痫的影响也比较广泛，所以特别注意，要制定良好的生活制度，保持心情的舒畅，充足的睡眠时间以及质量，注意合理搭配饮食。儿童自我保护意识差，癫痫发作时又不分时间和场合，因此，应避免一切危险因素，防止癫痫意外事故的发生。

　　癫痫用什么药比较好?由以上的了解患者们在选择药物治疗的时候应该就不会任意的选择了吧，在选择药物治疗后，日常生活中还要多注意饮食的规律，吃一些比较清淡的食物，尽量不要动怒有情绪，这样就加重病情，对病情的恢复不利!
