3、大家都知道人的睡眠很重要，如果癫痫患者的睡眠不好，有一些癫痫在早晨或者傍晚时候发作，这样的称为觉醒癫痫，有的在入睡后醒来前发作的称为睡眠癫痫，无论是觉醒还是睡眠都称为不定期癫痫，后者多为症状性癫痫。

婴儿痉亦常在入睡前和睡醒后发作，失神发作多为觉醒期发作。晚上发作要注意不要睡在较高的床上，防止从床上摔下受伤。

4、遗传，患有癫痫很大的一个因素就是遗传因素，一般父母患有癫痫的，孩子都会患有癫痫。
