　　幼儿癫痫病应该怎么治，癫痫病发作的精神状态：癫痫是一组由复杂原因引起的，脑部神经元反复过度同步放电，导致出现反复、短暂、刻板的神经系统功能失常为特征的临床综合征。癫痫发作时或者发作后患者可发生意识、行为、情绪、个性等多方面的障碍，有的患者甚至出现妄想、幻觉等精神症状。

癫痫病发作要怎么护理

1、癫痫患者需要有专人看护，防止发生坠床与撞伤，床挡最好用软垫包裹，以防撞伤皮肤。

2、选择平卧的姿势，头歪向一侧，避免患者的呕吐物、分泌物误入呼吸道。此时应该托起患者的下颌，防止舌发生后坠堵塞气管进而引起窒息。

3、为了保持其呼吸道畅通，应解开期领带、胸罩、衣扣、腰带。还需将包有纱布的压舌板置入臼、齿之间，防止患者咬破舌及颊部。

4、注意患者的呼吸情况，如果有呼吸不畅同时有紫绀现象出现，应该查明原因并及时处理，同时给患者氧气吸入。

5、患者抽搐时，不要用力按压病人的肢体，以免造成骨折或者扭伤。

6、减少对病人的搬动，让病人适当休息，可给其吸氧。对摔倒的病人应该及时检查其是否有外伤，如果有，根据具体情况进行处理。

7、观察癫痫患者是否有颅压持续增高的症状，并遵医嘱使用药物。定时测定二氧化碳结合力、血钾、钠、氯、钙及糖、尿素氮等。

8、癫痫大发作，应该立即呼叫120急救电话，请医生进行急救，即使发作停止也应该到医院进行进一步的检查来确定病因对症治疗。
