癫痫专家介绍，大部分疫苗是通过接种抗原刺激机体，使接种者体内产生特异性抗体来对付细菌、病毒。这是疫苗接种的主要作用机理。在接种后的一段时间因为特异性反映，部分接种者可能出现不适：局部不良反应主要是打针部位局部疼痛、红肿，全身不良反应是轻度发热、头疼等症状。
