(二)部分癫痫患者是在婴幼儿期由于高热和患有中枢神经系统疾病而导致的。对于婴幼儿期的高热惊厥一定要给予足够重视，要尽量避免小儿惊厥的发生，惊厥发作时必须立即用药控制。对于婴幼儿的中枢神经系统疾病要积极预防，及时治疗，避免后遗症的发生。
