外伤性癫痫的注意事项：癫痫患者在平常时间内，应对烟酒保持一定的距离。而外伤性癫痫病患者应是烟酒维禁区。因为长时间过量的吸烟和饮酒都容易对身体造成很大的损害，烟中含有大量尼古丁，一般人轻度过量吸烟可出现头晕、恶心等症状，就是尼古丁中毒的结果。尼古丁会对大脑形成严重刺激。刺激大脑会使癫痫患者的大脑神经细胞异常的高兴，最后或者可能导致癫痫病的进一步发作。

在平常的癫痫护理中，护理的药物不是我们应该可以动的，我们应按照医生的医嘱来更换药物和剂量。无论是增加还是减少药物、以及更换药物的品种,中学作文，均应在医生指导下进行。同时，家属要督促检查患者按时按量、准确无误服药，防止少服、漏服和多服。我们应该坚持到底，坚持到底就是胜利。

在往常我们一看见癫痫发作，就会惊慌，其实没有必要，只要在癫痫发病时，保持泠静应作出一系列的反应。如应立即将患者平卧、头偏向一侧，迅速松开衣领和裤带，将毛巾塞于上下牙齿之间，以免咬伤舌头，不可强行按压抽搐的身体，以免骨折及脱臼。如果出现癫痫病持续状态，就应该今早的治疗。及早发现及早治疗，最终使其终止癫痫病的发作。

　小儿癫痫的遗传有时取决于孕妇，服用抗癫痫药物的妇女所生的婴儿发生各种畸型的危险性高于正常人群2倍一3倍，各种抗癫痫的药物对胎儿的影响也不尽相同，一般认为苯妥英钠、鲁米那、丙戊酸类药物有较高的致畸率，其它药物如卡马西平等也有一定的致畸性，这是儿童癫痫病的遗传因素。
