　　小儿癫痫的中医治疗，癫痫病是一种症状复杂、治疗困难的脑科疾病，颅内感染、脑外伤、酒精中毒等是导致癫痫病的常见后天因素。癫痫病频繁发作会影响患者的智力、记忆力及其它身体器官的健康。癫痫病患者在进行药物治疗时应对药物的选择、换药及减停药等问题加以注意，否则盲目用药可能对癫痫病的治疗产生不利影响。

兰兰自从患了癫痫后，家人都十分关心她，并积极进行治疗，在服药后，病情得到了良好的控制，一直都没有发病。在养病期间，兰兰从来不看电视。这天兰兰在家里闲得无聊，在卧室里听见客厅里传来的小品剧的声音和弟弟开怀的笑声，实在憋不住了，就跑到客厅的电视机前打算看一眼。谁想到就是这一眼，兰兰突然觉得电视里光线刺激，随后癫痫发作，弟弟赶紧叫来爸爸妈妈，一起带着兰兰去了医院，医生说这是由于兰兰看电视引起的，这让家人觉得不解，兰兰不是已经好转了么，难道这看电视还能引起癫痫发作么?

有的癫痫患者用药之后，可能一直不发病，但每次看电视、电影即可引起发作，这类现象叫做“电视性”癫痫发作。临床在为病人做脑电图检查时常给闪光刺激，以诱发大脑异常放电，这些都说明一定频率的闪光剌激可诱发癫痫发作。尤其闪烁频率在9~15次/s之间更易发生。因此，癫痫患者最好不看电视、电影。如果想看，室内光线也不宜太暗，应保持足够的亮度，看电视时也要维持在2.5m以上距离，以减少闪烁光影响的效果。

电子游戏也不适合癫痫患者，尤其有过闪光刺激诱发癫痫发作的患者更应该禁忌。

(1)如果没有癫痫发作的情形，则不必担心玩游戏机是否会引发癫痫发作。虽是如此，我们也不鼓励小孩子过度沉迷于游戏机。

(2)如果曾经有过癫痫发作，建议作脑电图检查，测试是否有光觉敏感性现象。

(3)如果是癫痫患者，建议咨询主治医生，确定是否有光觉敏感现象。

(4)如果曾有过玩游戏机而发作的记录，今后决不要再去玩。
