3、关于癫痫患者停药的问题：癫痫患者的停药问题不同专家持不同观点，本人建议，没有经历癫痫外科手术的病人，口服抗癫痫药物效果好，癫痫无发作，还需服用3-5年，在脑电图正常后，经专科医师指导，逐渐较少药物剂量，如仍无癫痫发作，可考虑停药。对于经外科手术治疗后，2年无癫痫发作，长程视频脑电图基本正常，可考虑减药或停药;对于术前由明确病灶引起的癫痫，病灶完全切除，术后脑电图正常者，可以适当考虑2年内停药。
