　　原发性癫痫的治疗，癫痫(epilepsy)是大脑神经元突发性异常放电，导致短暂的大脑功能障碍的一种慢性疾病。而癫痫发作(epilepticseizure)是指脑神经元异常和过度超同步化放电所造成的临床现象。其特征是突然和一过性症状，由于异常放电的神经元在大脑中的部位不同，而有多种多样的表现。可以是运动感觉神经或自主神经的伴有或不伴有意识或警觉程度的变化。

诱发癫痫的原因有哪些

1.很多疾病会引发癫痫。比如结节性硬化、脑穿通畸形、小头畸形等。还有脑血管病，例如脑出血、脑梗塞、脑动脉瘤等。此外还有一些变性疾病和颅脑肿瘤也会引起癫痫的发作。

2.精神因素与感觉因素也会导致癫痫的发生。比如一些强烈情感活动、精神激动、受惊等会导致癫痫发作，这类型的癫痫称为精神反射性癫痫。此外，一些视、听、嗅、味等较为敏感，一旦受刺激和可能会导致癫痫发生，称之为反射性癫痫。

3.颅脑外伤和颅内感染也会引发癫痫。比如产伤、颅内血肿、脑挫裂伤等。脑膜脑炎、脑脓肿、蛛网膜炎等颅内感染同样会引发癫痫。
