祛痰止痫法。得了癫痫如何治疗才能痊愈，癫痫患者有时是因为形之痰闭阻肺络，发觉喉间痰声漉漉、口吐痰涎，再有就是由无形之痰蒙蔽状。这些痰证有的是因由脾虚运化失职，水湿所化的痰，形成热痰、燥痰导致。临床症状，当依据病人痰邪性质不一样，选择不同的清热化痰、燥湿化痰、理气化痰、搜风化痰等法。

癫痫的药物治疗。癫痫是一种复杂、发作不确定的常见神经系统慢性疾病。有各种不同的病因和临床表现。治疗癫痫的目的就是要控制或尽量减少发作，消除病因，减少脑损害。正规的药物治疗可使70%～80%的病人癫痫发作在最初5年内缓解，其中50%可完全停药，药物治疗无效的难治性癫痫病人中，有一部分可以通过手术治疗治愈。

癫痫的定位和治疗。癫痫是一种很复杂的脑电生理异常的疾病，多发生于儿童，病因多种多样。由于它是一种电生理改变，所以目前治疗癫痫一直是把异常放电的脑组织(致痫灶)的定位作为外科治疗的首要关键问题。外科手术治疗就是在精确的定位的基础上，把致痫灶进行切除来达到治疗的目的。
