癫痫大发作有哪些急救措施

一、立即让患者躺下

癫痫发作时应该让患者躺下，并且保持侧卧或者仅使头部侧向一边，使患者口液易于从口中畅流。不需要口对口对患者进行人口呼吸，因为这样容易将呕吐物挤入肺部，造成窒息。注意如果患者躺卧在床榻上，要仔细照看，防止跌落，发生意外。

二、移开四周危险物，预防意外

将患者躺下之后，把枕头、棉被等软物围护在患者四周，预防意外发生，移开周围尖锐、硬、烫之物，以免受伤。

三、防止患者咬伤舌头

如果患者的嘴能张开或者有感觉将要发作，可将用纱布缠的压舌板、折叠的腰带、手套或者其他坚固不易损坏的东西置入口中，以免患者咬伤舌头，注意不要强行把咬紧的牙齿撬开，往口中塞东西。

四、解开患者过紧的衣物

接下来解开患者过紧的衣服，给患者创造一个通畅的呼吸道，如果患者连续发作持续超过1小时以上，且有昏迷现象要即刻送医。
