六、是血粘度高：高血脂、血小板增多症等均可使血粘度增高，血流缓慢，造成脑部供血不足，容易发生疲倦、头晕、乏力等症状。其中造成高血脂的的原因很多，主要的是平素饮食结构的不合理，患者大量吃高脂肪、胆固醇的食物，而又不爱运动。目前该类疾病的发病有上升趋势。
