(7)社会适应能力障碍。表现学习成绩差，难以完成正常学业，工作技能差而且人际关系紧张，就业困难。有明显人格和精神改变，性行为改变，使家庭发生很多矛盾，常是造成婚姻破裂和家庭解体的主要问题。
